SMALL STILETTO by 'VALE'
Small well made stiletto . 8 inches overall , very narrow 4 inch blade with diamond cross section. Name on blade 'VALE' followed by a small crown. Handle hardwood with mother of pearl inlays ( 2 of the 4 are missing ) . Floral decoration to the silver metal bolster .Very thin poor quality cross guard .. may be a replacement ( it is crudely soldered to bolster. )

African SPEAR BLADED BONE HILTED ARM DAGGER
Old & good quality dagger . Overall length 24 cm with a blade length of 15 cm. Max blade width 3 cm. . Blade is double edged and spear shaped . It is in reasonable condition but with many patches of old pitting . Grip is made of bone . Scabbard is of leather with attachment to enable an arm loop to be fitted .. Scabbard in good used condition . This appears to be an old example .

Relic HADENDOA ( BEJA ) 'X' DAGGER battlefield find
HADENDOA ( BEJA ) 'X' DAGGER brought back from the Sudan in the 1960s .. supposedly as a battlefield find from Omdurman .. however I have no documentation to this effect.
Overall length across the curve 30 cm with a blade length of 18 cm. Max blade width 3 cm. . Blade is double edged . It is in very poor condition but with overall deep pitting and jagged nicks to the edge. Grip is of typical .X' form and made of wood with simple single line decoration . The hilt is well preserved though somewhat bleached.
